Phoebe at Weston Jewelers has been excellent to work with. She is always kind, patient, and takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly without ever making the experience feel rushed. She has assisted me with a few purchases for my wife and has also been very helpful in keeping my Rolex interest list updated for pieces I would like to purchase when they become available. Today we stopped by Weston Jewelers to say hi to Phoebe and see if they had any new time pieces that had recently arrived and were available for purchase. Unfortunately Phoebe wasn’t there today and we decided to just walk around and see what they had anyways since we were there. We were shown around by another lady that works there (I don’t remember her name) and Kramer which we were previously put in contact with by Phoebe. They both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We noticed a GMT from the Rolex exhibition area wasn’t there anymore. We asked both Kramer and the lady what happened to the GMT Bruce Wayne Rolex that was in Exhibition? We mentioned to them that we tried to buy it last time we were there and we were told no and now it’s not there. They didn’t know what to say in regards to the piece, so she went to get the manager because my husband was a bit upset that it wasn’t sold to him when he had asked and was now gone on our next visit to the store. The manager came and introduced himself saying that he had to “send the exhibition piece back to Rolex” and that why it wasn’t there. We asked him if we could purchase one of 2 Rolex Submariners that were in exhibition since there were 2. He said no and that they were exhibition pieces only. He asked to verify our information on the tablet to make sure we were on the waiting list which he discovered that our phone number was wrong and he kindly updated it. Kramer continued to show us around and talk with us. My husband asked him since he’s the expert in Omegas how hard it was to get an Omega reverse panda? He replied with a sigh that it was very difficult. My husband then said, so if I receive a call from a boutique store I should probably go and get the watch then right, while laughing when he said it. Kramer then said what you received a call and asked from what store. We both responded the store in Naples. He said oh well give me a second, if I have one would you buy it? My husband said can I

Peter and Hector were wonderful. I came in with a broken necklace, it’s not gold or anything special but has sentimental value to me and they fixed it at no charge. It was really kind of them these guys are great!

Weston Jewelers is a great place to go if you’re looking for a new luxury time piece or some fine jewelry. With respect to time pieces, they have many of the highest quality brands to include Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, etc. Their staff are very knowledgeable about the brands they sell and they are very friendly. In particular, I have received excellent service from bother Peter and Kramer in both buying my Cartier Santos and buying a birthday gift for my mother. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase!

I originally went in looking for a specific watch, but after taking the time to understand what I was looking for, Jeffrey showed me other options and gave me honest, knowledgeable advice. I had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They offer you something to drink from the start, whether it be a coffee, water, or other beverages. Jennifer and Hemat were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my wife and I throughout the entire process. Jennifer took the time to really understand what our tastes were like, what we were looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Hemat was equally amazing—very attentive and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect and that I left completely satisfied. Having previously shopped there, I can honestly say they treat you like if they have known you forever. On this opportunity, I finally had the chance to buy my first Rolex. Their professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. It’s not often you come across service like this, and I truly appreciate the effort they both put into making my experience special.
